Ron Baron

Hair Design

Ron has been a Hair Designer for over 35 years. He holds a BS Degree with a double major in Psychology and Biology from CUNY @ Brooklyn College and SUNY @ Stony Brook University.

Early in his career, Mr. Baron was the Director of Education for Perma of Paris, the world's largest ‘professional' hair color company, located in Paris, France.
Ron wrote their encyclopedia on hair color theory, showcasing their entire hair color line.
Mr. Baron toured and studied in multiple counties where he was trained in advanced cutting and coloring techniques and at the distributorship level, taught the professional instructors who then taught in the salon.
Mr. Baron was also a Salon Business Consultant and Hair Designer Consultant who taught in Salons as well as privately.

At the time, Ron opened an innovative salon and day spa on the East Coast at a time when day spas were first making their appearance in the beauty industry.
His team of professionals was highly successful in serving the community for over a decade before he decided to move to Arizona.

Ron has returned to Arizona after having been a resident in Paradise Valley for 14 years.
He enjoys giving men and women a ‘feel great’ hair experience with beautiful color and a hair design to be proud of.
Mr. Baron also enjoys a good challenge. So if life throws you a curve ball and leaves you with a ‘hair disaster’ that needs serious correction services, Ron is that color correction expert!

Remaining several steps ahead, when you’ve grown tired or bored with wearing the same hair design, Ron is usually about 6 months ahead of schedule.
He will have thought up a couple of options for new looks which will help you to feel re-energized and current.

After graduating college, Ron had a fun experience winning first place in Hair Design at the cosmetology school he attended and also the overall first place winner at the Five School inter-competition.
His school hired an award-winning competition coach to train Ron to compete in the International Beauty Competition at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, where he took home a prize trophy for the school.

Ron went on to compete in hair styling competitions for the next year and a half and collected four first-place trophies and one second-place trophy.
The irony for Ron was that his second-place trophy was graciously accepted as his school’s trainer had taken first place.

Ron’s Day Spa and Salon's talented team of professionals provided services for various community causes throughout the spa's years in business.
Giving back to the community was important for Mr. Baron.

One of Ron's favorite charities was the Angel Connection, which was a non-profit organization that helped children with aids and their families.

Ron’s current hours are by appointment and mutually convenient times are guaranteed!
